Launch of SimpleTaste’s Shrine-Specific Web Design Service: ST Shrine
Following the launch of the versatile web design service + WordPress themes “ST Base” from AEDI’s sub-brand SimpleTastes, we are pleased to announce the launch of a demo site for “ST Shrine,” a dedicated web design service + WordPress themes specifically designed for shrines.
ST Shrine is specifically designed for Shinto shrines, offering a web design service tailored for those involved with shrines. It excels in customizability, allowing users to easily and affordably create their websites.
Two Shrine-Specific Themes: ST Shrine Top and ST Shrine Plus
Similar to ST Base, the ST Shrine offers two themes: ST Shrine Top and ST Shrine Plus. The difference lies in the layout of the global menu, which appears either at the top of the page or on the left side when the browser width exceeds 1200px (e.g., when viewed on a large tablet or PC). We encourage you to explore both demo sites to see these variations in action.

ST Shrine Site Structure
Below is the site structure for ST Shrine. In addition to these pages, you are free to add your own custom pages.
Page | Content |
---|---|
Home | A slider with three types of crossfade effects is placed at the top of the page. For announcements and the blog, you can select whether to include a thumbnail image, and content can be freely arranged and displayed using two sizes of thumbnails. |
About (About the Shrine) | You can create content freely and flexibly. A content unit can include a heading, video, image, layout A (left image and right text), or layout B (left text and right image), and these can be combined to create an original page. |
Worship & Prayer | Information on worship can be displayed with a title, image, and description (links can also be included). For prayers, you can set and display the prayer name, description, and image as a unit without limitations, and additional explanations can be freely added in the prayer text section. |
Annual Events | Along with an introductory text, annual events (event date, event name, event image, and event description) can be set and displayed without limitations. |
Access | Along with an introductory text, location information (name, address, phone number, Google Map) and transportation methods (title and description) can be displayed without limitations. |
News | The archive page for announcements allows you to choose whether or not to display a thumbnail image, and the settings are automatically reflected on the homepage. Individual announcement pages can be categorized, and category archive pages are automatically generated. |
Blog | The blog archive page also allows you to choose whether to display a thumbnail image, with settings automatically reflected on the homepage. Individual blog pages can be categorized and tagged, with archive pages generated for both categories and tags. |
FAQ | You can display an unlimited number of FAQs (questions and answers) along with introductory text at the top of the page. |
Contact | Displays a contact form (with options to add custom selections), an introductory text, the site title, subtitle, address, phone number, and office hours. |
Privacy Policy | Displays a privacy policy using a template. |
Terms of Service | Displays terms of service using a template. |
Additional Pages | Custom pages can be created and displayed freely. |
