More than half of our customers actually come from outside of Okayama Prefecture. We accept orders not only from within Okayama Prefecture, but also from customers outside the prefecture.

You can use copyright-free and royalty-free photos for your project at no additional cost, or you can choose to purchase paid images. We can also arrange for photography services either by our in-house photographers or external photographers (additional travel expenses may apply for remote locations).

The production period varies depending on the type of project, its complexity, and the volume of work involved. For example, for website development, we typically estimate a timeframe of around 2 months. However, the specific production period will be determined based on the details of your request, which we can discuss during the inquiry process.

For first-time clients or clients whose project cost (including printing costs) exceeds 500,000 yen, we typically require a 50% deposit as an initial payment. The remaining balance will be invoiced and sent to you in the month of delivery, and we kindly ask for payment to be made by the end of the following month.

Cancellation of the contract is possible, however, compensation for the work already performed (costs incurred from the start of the project until the point of cancellation) will be invoiced and required.

If you already have a domain and hosting server, there is no need for additional arrangements. However, if this is your first time creating a website, you will need to cover the expenses for the domain and hosting server.

We offer UI/UX design services for mobile apps, web apps, desktop apps, and PC software. We can provide design-only services or handle both design and development using HTML + CSS + JavaScript.

Generally, we create all designs from scratch, including custom WordPress themes tailored to our clients’ needs in terms of design and functionality. However, if you specifically request to use a template for WordPress development, we can accommodate that request as well.

Creating a logo incurs additional fees, but we can also handle logo design along with the website. In this case, to establish the branding image of your company or service, we will start by creating the logo and then proceed with the website design.

Generally, we provide the design files in PDF format for your review. In some cases, you may also have the option to review the printed materials produced by our company.

For logo and design files only, the deliverables will be in PDF or Illustrator format. For other printed materials such as business cards, brochures, catalogs, posters, etc., the deliverables will be the physical printed items.

We also offer business card design services. As a design company, we will create the design for the business cards and handle the printing through a printing company. We have design templates available for those who do not require custom designs, so please feel free to contact us even if you don’t need an original design.

The copyright of the logo will be transferred to you upon delivery.

By default, both our company and the character’s creator retain the copyright of the character. However, it is possible to negotiate the transfer of the character’s copyright, particularly if you intend to use it for commercial purposes. Please let us know if you are interested in purchasing the copyright of the character.

You are allowed to use the characters and illustrations we create for secondary purposes. However, if you intend to use the characters to generate profits or create merchandise, a separate agreement will need to be negotiated. Please contact us to discuss the details and terms for such usage.

We can create additional poses for the characters we have designed and also expand their cast of characters. Please let us know your specific requirements, and we will be able to accommodate your requests.

If necessary, we can create catchphrases in conjunction with website design, flyers, catalogs, posters, and other design projects. We can also provide standalone services for creating catchphrases, although additional charges may apply.
