We have undertaken the creation of the "Nakagawa Kitchen Premium Organic Series Food Catalog Vol. 1," a product catalog for Nakagawa Kitchen, a frozen food and prepared meal manufacturer based in Naka River City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Nakagawa Kitchen is dedicated to using domestically sourced ingredients without chemical additives, and this catalog showcases a line of fully organic frozen foods tailored for safety, quality, and health. The catalog is titled "Nakagawa Kitchen x Chef Hideaki Nakano," with supervision by Michelin (Bib Gourmand) chef Hideaki Nakano. Our involvement encompassed art direction, design, copywriting, editing, and proofreading. The catalog features a premium design that resonates with the luxurious nature of the products it showcases. The photography was done by the same studio, T.S Studio, in Fukuoka, as the "Nakagawa Kitchen Product Catalog 2020-2021," and the exceptional photographs significantly enhanced the overall quality of the catalog.
