We undertook the production of the "Nakagawa Kitchen Product Catalog 2021 Fukuoka Marufuku Suisan Special Edition." Our responsibilities included art direction, catalog design, editing, and proofreading. Nakagawa Kitchen is a frozen food and prepared meal manufacturer based in Nakagawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, specializing in domestically sourced ingredients without the use of chemical additives. On the other hand, Fukuoka Marufuku Suisan Co., Ltd. is also based in Fukuoka and was established in 1976, specializing in frozen fish fillets and fried products for commercial use. In this collaboration, Fukuoka Marufuku Suisan, through its parent company B.Continue, which operates Nakagawa Kitchen, became part of the B∞C (B8C) Group. This partnership marks the first collaboration between the two companies, and we are excited to witness the potential chemical reactions between a frozen food and prepared meal manufacturer and a seafood processing facility with frozen technology.
